Basketball Recap: Blackfoot Comes Up Short

Blackfoot was the 48-45 winner over Shelley when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Blackfoot Broncos took a 61-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shelley Russets. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Blackfoot still got an impressive performance from Austin Arave, who almost dropped a double-double on 28 points and nine rebounds. The contest was Arave's tenth in a row with at least 17 points. Kasen Sorensen was another key player, going 7 of 12 on his way to 17 points and seven boards.
