Softball Game Preview: Southeast Halifax Trojans vs. Rocky Mount Prep Jaguars

The Southeast Halifax Trojans will face off against the Rocky Mount Prep Jaguars at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Southeast Halifax has given up an average of 18 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Southeast Halifax is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They fell just short of Tarboro by a score of 38-37 on Monday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (ten), the Trojans still had to take the loss.

Rocky Mount Prep played against Warren County on Thursday and lost via forfeit.

This is the second loss in a row for Rocky Mount Prep and nudges their season record down to 2-2. As for Southeast Halifax, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.
