Fairview had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Warren on Wednesday. The Tigers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Dragons a 10-0 shutout. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Fairview now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Warren, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with the loss, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Fairview will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Dragons: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
