Soccer Recap: Bishop Feehan Comes Up Short

Bishop Feehan entered their matchup against Catholic Memorial on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Shamrocks fell just short of the Knights by a score of 2-1. Bishop Feehan were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Catholic Memorial apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2016.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 8-3-4. As for Catholic Memorial, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-4-4.

Bishop Feehan and Catholic Memorial should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Massachusetts Rankings. The Shamrocks (ranked 36th) will meet Arlington Catholic (ranked 288th) at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Catholic Memorial will face off against Brighton/Boston Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Monday with a big rank advantage (21 vs. 156).
