Baseball Game Preview: Van Arsdale Cardinals vs. Brooklyn Technical Engineers

Van Arsdale is 2-8 against Brooklyn Technical since May of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Cardinals will host the Engineers at 4:00 p.m.

Van Arsdale is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Thursday. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost an 8-6 heartbreaker at the hands of John Jay.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn Technical never let their opponents score on Saturday. They came out on top against New Dorp by a score of 4-0.

Brooklyn Technical's victory bumped their record up to 6-7-1. As for Van Arsdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Van Arsdale came up short against Brooklyn Technical in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, falling 8-3. Can the Cardinals avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
