Preview: Ford vs. Caddo Mills
Ford is 0-10 against Caddo Mills since February of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The Ford Panthers will be playing at home against the Caddo Mills Foxes at 11:45 a.m. Ford's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 12 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
Wednesday just wasn't the day for Ford's offense. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 4-0 walloping at the hands of Mabank on Wednesday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Ford in their matchups with Mabank: they've now lost nine in a row.
Meanwhile, Caddo Mills has not lost a match since January 13th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. They came out on top against Sunnyvale by a score of 3-1.
Ford dropped their record down to 0-13 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Caddo Mills, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-2-4 record this season.
