Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Jontae Dillard: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also rushed for eight yards as Mater Academy East Las Vegas took down Chaparral 38-12. We hope Dillard's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Dillard and Mater Academy East Las Vegas will look to defend their home field on Friday against Virgin Valley at 7:00 p.m. Dillard had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their game back in October of 2024 37-16.
