Baseball Recap: Eugene Comes Up Short

Eugene and Miller squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Eugene had to settle for second. They lost 11-2 to the Cardinals. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered since April 30th.

This is the second loss in a row for Eugene and nudges their season record down to 22-12. As for Miller, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Eugene nor Miller have any future games scheduled.
