Heritage Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Irvington Preparatory Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.

Everything went Heritage Christian's way against Irvington Preparatory Academy in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Heritage Christian made off with a 19-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
