Volleyball Recap: Lindsey Daack Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Bunceton

Christian Fellowship got the win against the Bunceton Dragons on Monday by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for Christian Fellowship.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-18, 25-13.

Christian Fellowship's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lindsey Daack, who had 12 digs, six kills, and four aces. Those 12 digs gave Daack a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aubrey North, who had five digs and three aces.

They weren't the only good server: Christian Fellowship was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces every time they've taken the court this season.

The win got Christian Fellowship back to even at 2-2. As for Bunceton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Christian Fellowship is set to take on their familiar foe Prairie Home at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bunceton will challenge rival Otterville at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th.
