Soccer Recap: Santa Fe Finishes Even with MacArthur

For the first time this season, Santa Fe was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the MacArthur Generals could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Violet Barnett and Payton Stewart scored both of Santa Fe's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Santa Fe's draw gives them a new season record of 1-0-1. As for MacArthur, they moved theirs to 1-0-1.

Santa Fe wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Hargrave on the 4th. As for MacArthur, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 defeat against Atascocita on the 4th.
