Softball Recap: Knox Redskins vs. Jimtown Jimmies

With a playoff win on the line, Knox rose to the challenge on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Jimtown Jimmies, sneaking past 4-2. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 6-3 victory on May 14th.

Bethany Barnes spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on eight hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.
