Harrison Trunkey-Evans put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits (and not a single walk).

Trunkey-Evans' strong effort led Coeur d'Alene over Post Falls and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans are limping into the matchup having lost eight straight on the road dating back to last season.
