 MacArthur stacked  a  tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past the Lanier Voks 17-7. MacArthur's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
 MacArthur got a big performance out of  Richard Acuna, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Diego Morillo, who  went 2-for-3 with a  stolen base and two  RBI.
 The  victory was  the eighth in a row for MacArthur, bringing their record for this year to 17-7. As for Lanier, they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-18.
 MacArthur will head out on the road to  face off against  Burbank at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. MacArthur will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  contest than the last. As for Lanier, they will be playing at home against Brackenridge at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Brackenridge's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8  runs per game  this season, so Lanier's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
