Basketball Recap: Cedarville Gets the Win

Cedarville's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They walked away with a 51-43 win over the Brimley Bays. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Cedarville has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Brimley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Cedarville will face off against Harbor Light Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Harbor Light Christian will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Cedarville surely won't give up without a fight. As for Brimley, they will take on Sault Area at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brimley is facing Sault Area at the right time seeing as Sault Area is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
