Soccer Recap: Niles North Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Glenbrook North, Niles North was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs by a score of 3-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Niles North were the better team in the second half.

Niles North's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Riverside-Brookfield, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Coming up, Niles North will square off against Vernon Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Riverside-Brookfield, they will be taking part in a tournament against Glenbrook North at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
