King came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Notre Dame Titans.
Jael Moore paced King's offense, picking up six kills. Moore got some help from Brielle Thompson and her 12 assists. Angeline Morales controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
King now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Notre Dame, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
King didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Kaiser on the 23rd. As for Notre Dame, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Nuview Bridge at 5:15 p.m.
