Volleyball Game Preview: Meadowbrook Colts vs. London Red Raiders

The Meadowbrook Colts will square off against the London Red Raiders at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Meadowbrook comes in on nine and London on five.

Meadowbrook is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They put the hurt on River View with a sharp 3-0 win.

Meadowbrook was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-12, 25-22.

Circleville came into Thursday's matchup looking for another win against London, but Madi Green wouldn't allow it. The Red Raiders walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Tigers on Thursday with plenty of help from Green, who had five digs and two aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

London had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 26-24, 26-24, 25-14.

Meadowbrook's win bumped their record up to 24-2. As for London, their victory bumped their record up to 16-9.
