Basketball Recap: Pontchartrain Christian HomeSchool Comes Up Short

Pontchartrain Christian HomeSchool lost against West Florida Baptist Academy back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Paladins fell 53-48 to the Conquerors. The Paladins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

It was another big night for Shepard Brown, who shot 53% from the field to rack up 22 points and six boards for West Florida Baptist Academy. Thanks to that strong game, Brown now owns an excellent 45.2% shooting accuracy. Colin Harrison was another key player, putting up six points and eight rebounds.

Pontchartrain Christian HomeSchool now has a losing record of 1-2. As for West Florida Baptist Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Pontchartrain Christian HomeSchool will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Muddy River HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on December 13. As for West Florida Baptist Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-37 loss against Faith Baptist Christian Academy on the 22nd.
