Baseball Recap: Hart Comes Up Short

Hart lost against Agoura back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Hart Hawks fell 10-6 to the Agoura Chargers. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Luke McCarty and Anthony Cavarretta stepped up to the plate in a big way. McCarty scored a run while going 3-for-3, while Cavarretta scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Lincoln Daly was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

Hart now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Agoura, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-4 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hart will host Camarillo at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Agoura, they will be playing at home against Thousand Oaks at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
