Basketball Recap: Fannindel Comes Up Short

Fannindel suffered their closest loss since January 2, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Savoy Cardinals by a score of 56-53. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Fannindel lost, don't look at Kalob Runnels. Despite the final result, he posted 30 points. That was a full 56.6% of Fannindel's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's scored more than a third of the team's points. Terren Judkins was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Fannindel's defeat dropped their record down to 8-18. As for Savoy, their win bumped their record up to 13-20.

As of now, neither Fannindel nor Savoy have any future games scheduled.
