There's no place like home for Seven Hills, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They blew past the North College Hill Trojans 10-0 on Thursday. The Stingers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by six runs or more this season.

Matthew Wiles made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over five innings pitched. Wiles was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Timmy Dewitt was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Ben Leisring, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Seven Hills always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .556. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The victory got Seven Hills back to even at 6-6. As for North College Hill, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seven Hills will face off against Clark Montessori at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North College Hill, they will square off against New Miami at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
