Volleyball Recap: Apollo Takes a Loss

Apollo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pierz Pioneers.

Apollo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pierz, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Apollo will host Detroit Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Pierz, they will head out on the road to square off against St. Cloud Cathedral at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
