Basketball Recap: Harding Comes Up Short

Harding pushed their score to 63 the last time they played Bridgeport Central, but on Thursday they couldn't quite do it again. The Harding Presidents had to suffer through a 40-13 loss at the hands of the Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers. The contest marked the Presidents' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Harding has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. Bridgeport Central's win bumped their record up to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Harding will be playing at home against Bassick at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bridgeport Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
