Soccer Recap: Casteel Wins Going Away Against Chandler

Casteel kept a clean sheet against Chandler on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Chandler Wolves with a sharp 3-0 win. Given the Colts' advantage in MaxPreps' Arizona soccer rankings (they are ranked 17th, while Wolves are ranked 125th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Casteel hit Chandler with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Preston Pham, Chris Varvara, and Carson Pham.

Casteel now has a winning record of 5-4-3. As for Chandler, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6-3 record this season.

Casteel has already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Notre Dame Prep on the 17th. As for Chandler, they will welcome McClintock at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
