Volleyball Recap: Centaurus Takes a Loss

Centaurus entered their game against Rampart on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Warriors came up short against the Rams, falling 3-0.

Centaurus may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 21 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21, 25-21.

Centaurus' loss dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Rampart, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Centaurus will welcome Arvada West at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Rampart, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Cheyenne Mountain at 5:00 p.m.
