There's no place like home for Barlow, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They strolled past the Gresham Gophers with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 30-14. The Bruins have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Gophers, too.

Barlow's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Gresham, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Barlow will challenge Oregon City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Gresham, they will face off against David Douglas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Gophers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
