Preview: Bishop Union Broncos vs. Boron Bobcats
Bishop Union is 10-0 against Boron since December of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Bishop Union Broncos will be playing at home against the Boron Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. Boron took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Bishop Union, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Bishop Union was able to grind out a solid victory over Desert, taking the game 52-43.
Meanwhile, Boron's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their ninth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Rosamond, falling 77-20.
Bishop Union is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Boron, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-18.
Bishop Union strolled past Boron in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 59-41. Does Bishop Union have another victory up their sleeve, or will Boron turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
