Basketball Recap: Central Lee Comes Up Short

Central Lee was the 49-41 winner over Mid-Prairie when they last played one another back in February of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Central Lee Hawks were outmatched by the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks and fell 77-41.

Central Lee has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 11-12 record this season. As for Mid-Prairie, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

Central Lee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mid-Prairie, they will challenge Williamsburg on Wednesday. Williamsburg will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something Mid-Prairie surely won't give up without a fight.
