After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Midlothian Heritage, Crandall was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Kaufman Lions by a score of 6-3. The victory continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won nine in a row.

Crandall's win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Kaufman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9-2 record this season.

Crandall will head out to face off against Midlothian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Midlothian will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Crandall surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kaufman, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Kaufman Lions duke it out with Terrell Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. They are facing Terrell at the right time seeing as Terrell is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
