Neah Bay proved they can win big last Monday (they won by 47) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Forks Spartans, sneaking past 56-53. The win was nothing new for the Red Devils as they're now sitting on five straight.

Neah Bay got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Tyler Swan out in front who posted 17 points along with six boards and three steals. Swan has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Makyah Chambers, who went 6 of 14 en route to 12 points and seven steals.

Neah Bay pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Forks, they moved to 11-2 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Neah Bay will challenge Tulalip Heritage at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Forks, they will head out to face off against Concrete at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
