Baseball Game Preview: Emerald Ridge Jaguars vs. Puyallup Vikings

For the second straight game, Emerald Ridge will face off against Puyallup. The Jaguars will be playing at home against the Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Emerald Ridge's offense. They fell 4-0 to Puyallup on Tuesday. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For Puyallup's part, the team relied heavily on Riley Sanoy, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. That double marked the first that Sanoy hit this season.

The win keeps Puyallup at an undefeated 8-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 7.8 runs this season. As for Emerald Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
