Fowler won the last time they faced Yosemite and things went their way on Friday too. The Fowler Redcats put the hurt on the Yosemite Badgers with a sharp 57-35 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Redcats sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Despite the defeat, Yosemite saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Fallon Vaughn dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 boards. The dominant performance also gave Vaughn a new career-high in blocks (five). Lucas McGoldrick was another key player, putting up ten points and five rebounds.

Fowler's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Yosemite, their loss was their ninth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-16.

Fowler didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 85-70 defeat against Fresno Christian on the 21st. As for Yosemite, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 79-52 loss against Sierra on the 21st.
