Volleyball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity lost against Alpha Omega Academy back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Lions. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-8, 25-16.

Ashara English paced Trinity's offense, picking up four kills. English got some help from Carolyn Cleveland and her four assists. English was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Alpha Omega Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Trinity will square off against Centerville at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Alpha Omega Academy, they will face off against St. Joseph Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
