Basketball Recap: West Essex Comes Up Short

West Essex lost against Bloomfield back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The West Essex Knights took a 51-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bloomfield Bengals.

West Essex now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Bloomfield, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-8.

Coming up, West Essex will welcome Fort Lee at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. West Essex is facing Fort Lee at the right time seeing as Fort Lee is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Bloomfield, they will head out to challenge Caldwell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
