Parkland put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their undefeated season alive. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Northampton Konkrete Kids. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Parkland's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 28th, while Northampton are ranked 91st).

Parkland's victory bumped their record up to 16-0-2. As for Northampton, their loss dropped their record down to 12-2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Parkland is set to take on their familiar foe Emmaus at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few goals on average (Parkland 0.3, Emmaus 0.2) so any goals scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Northampton will square off against rival Whitehall at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
