Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rincon/University). They put the hurt on the Cholla Chargers with a sharp 7-0 win on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Rangers considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Rincon/University's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4-3. As for Cholla, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

Rincon/University didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Marana on the 10th. As for Cholla, they are taking a road trip to challenge Walden Grove at 6:00 p.m. on January 15th. Walden Grove is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.8 goals per game this season.
