Farmington hadn't beaten Weber on the road since March 29, 2022 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Phoenix were the clear victors by a 17-6 margin over the Warriors. Considering the Phoenix have won eight matchups by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Brooklyn Wright was incredible, going 4-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kiley Gazafy, who went 2-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Farmington kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 22 hits. They are 9-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
Farmington's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Weber, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.
