Springstead is 8-2 against Crystal River since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will take on the Pirates at 7:00 p.m. Springstead hasn't scored more than two runs for three games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

Meanwhile, Crystal River lost 11-1 to Weeki Wachee on Friday. The Pirates have struggled against the Hornets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Springstead's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Crystal River, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15.

Springstead beat Crystal River 20-17 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Pirates have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
