Baseball Recap: Geneva Vikings vs. St. Charles East Fighting Saints

Everything went their way against the St. Charles East Fighting Saints as the Geneva Vikings made off with a 10-4 win. Shane Webb looked comfortable as he pitched 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

On the hitting side, Nate Stempowski was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. Roland Sorrentino was another key contributor, going 1-for-2 with a home run and two RBI.

On St. Charles East's side, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Antonio Perez, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.
