When it comes to explaining why Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter lost, one person who can't be blamed is Xavier Highbaugh. Despite the final result, he scored 18 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Devin Bolden, who scored four points along with six rebounds.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Evansville Harrison to victory, but perhaps none more so than Malachi Mcnair, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds. Mcnair hasn't dropped below 15points for seven straight games. Eli Speer was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.

Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Evansville Harrison, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2.

As for Evansville Harrison, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Springfield Southeast at 4:00 p.m. on January 13th. Springfield Southeast will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 380th in Illinois, while Evansville Harrison is ranked 19th in Indiana).
