Basketball Game Preview: Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers vs. Perry Commodores

Waynesfield-Goshen is 0-10 against Perry since January of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers will welcome the Perry Commodores at 7:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Waynesfield-Goshen lost 58-36 to Arlington on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 739th, while the Red Devils are ranked 115th).

Meanwhile, Perry ended up a good deal behind Van Buren on Wednesday and lost 50-31. The Commodores have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Waynesfield-Goshen, their loss dropped their record down to 4-14.
