Arizona College Prep got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Evan Heinrich out in front who threw for 168 yards and three TDs while completing 90.9% of his passes. Arizona College Prep better keep an eye on Weston Powell. He was instrumental in ALA - Gilbert North's win, rushing for 82 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries. Powell also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making three total tackles and defending three passes in addition to snagging an interception. Ben Livingston was another key player, rushing for 20 yards and one TD.
Arizona College Prep's record now sits at 7-0. As for ALA - Gilbert North, their record is now 6-1.
