Soccer Game Preview: Diamond Hill-Jarvis vs. Western Hills

The Diamond Hill-Jarvis Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Western Hills Cougars at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Diamond Hill-Jarvis' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Diamond Hill-Jarvis' offense. They fell 2-0 to Southwest on Friday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Western Hills). Everything went their way against Dunbar on Friday as Western Hills made off with a 9-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won eight in a row.

Diamond Hill-Jarvis' defeat dropped their record down to 3-14-1. As for Western Hills, their win bumped their record up to 8-11.

Diamond Hill-Jarvis came up short against Western Hills in their previous matchup back in February, falling 2-0. Can Diamond Hill-Jarvis avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
