Another player making a difference was Trey Burke, who threw for 177 yards and two touchdowns on only nine passes.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Spartanburg was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 228 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Eastside only rushed for 90.
Spartanburg's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Elijah Roseburgh and Quincy Haywood. Haywood is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made seven or more in the last four games he's played dating back to last season.
