Basketball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Chanhassen Storm, falling 71-41. While losing is never fun, the Jaguars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 232nd, while the Storm are ranked 42nd).

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Chanhassen, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.

Jefferson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 67-46 loss against Waconia on the 24th. Chanhassen has also already played their next game (against Orono), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
