Basketball Recap: Teaneck Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Teaneck entered their tilt with River Dell on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 65-59 W against the River Dell Golden Hawks. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Highwaymen also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Teaneck's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for River Dell, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

Teaneck and River Dell should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings. Teaneck will challenge Tenafly at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday up 170 places (39 vs. 209). Teaneck is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. Meanwhile, River Dell (ranked 66th) will meet Indian Hills (ranked 291st) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
