Volleyball Recap: Castle View Wins Going Away Against Highlands Ranch + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Castle View, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Highlands Ranch Falcons on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The contest marked the Sabercats' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Castle View's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Payton Rowell, who had ten digs and three assists. Those ten digs gave Rowell a new career-high.

Castle View was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in ten consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Highlands Ranch's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Ava Buckley, who had 12 digs and two aces, and Maggie Weiss, who had seven digs. Buckley has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last four times she's played.

The victory got Castle View back to even at 4-4. As for Highlands Ranch, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
