ALA - West Foothills came tearing into Wednesday's game with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Valley Christian Trojans 3-0.

ALA - West Foothills never let Valley Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-22.

Lincoln Holdaway paced ALA - West Foothills' offense, picking up 12 kills. Holdaway got some help from Ethan Smead and his 18 assists. Wyatt Hofmann controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

ALA - West Foothills pushed their record up to 22-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Valley Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.

Coming up, ALA - West Foothills will square off against Estrella Foothills at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Valley Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against ALA - Ironwood on the 10th.
