Basketball Recap: North Chicago Takes a Loss

North Chicago was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 41st straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Grayslake North Knights 45-4. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Knights this season, with their most recent loss being a 52-9 defeat last Thursday.

North Chicago's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Grayslake North, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-21 record this season.

North Chicago does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Grayslake North, they will face off against Cary-Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Cary-Grove will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Grayslake North surely won't give up without a fight.
